Artists Ink ignites youth creativity through bold, culturally- rooted arts programs in schools and in their studio. From painting to performance, our programs empower young voices to explore, create, and lead.
ย A dynamic art program for young and emerging artists that provides a platform for exploration and artistic development. Offering exposure to the arts from music, performing arts, mixed media, and visual arts. Our program welcomes 15-20 professional artists annually for guest artist workshops, providing insights into their art forms and career opportunities within the arts industry. Cepanoa also offers a weekly open studio that provides students with access to all studio materials and space to experiment and collaborate. Through this program, participants have the opportunity to nurture their talents, enhance leadership abilities, and cultivate their artistic community.

This course focuses on introductory to intermediate 3D printing using Tinkercad. Students will learn educational design and problem-solving skills through project-based learning. Instruction will include digital modeling, 3D printer operation, and basic finishing techniques. Projects may also explore creative applications such as cosplay or costume design

This theatre class emphasizes movement, voice, stage presence, and performance confidence. Instruction is designed to prepare students for open auditions at Western Stage and includes ensemble work, individual performance exercises, and audition readiness.

Open Studio with Ms. Nada is a creative space where young artists can explore new techniques through guided activities or work on their own projects with full access to studio materials. From jewelry and mosaics to zines and digital art, itโs a supportive community where creativity, self-expression, and friendship thrive.
Celebrate art, culture, and creativity in this 8-week class inspired by the mystical world of Alebrijes. Young artists will explore the origins and symbolism of these fantastical creatures while building strong art foundations in illustration, drawing, painting, and papier-mรขchรฉ.
Each week, students will learn new techniques like sketching imaginative characters, painting bold and colorful designs, and bringing 3D creations to life with papier-mรขchรฉ. Along the way, weโll dive into the history and folklore that gave rise to Alebrijes, discovering how these vibrant figures represent dreams, imagination, and cultural storytelling.
By the end of the session, students will have a collection of unique artworks that showcase their creativity and bring their own mystical Alebrijes to life. No experience needed, just curiosity, imagination, and a love for color!
